When we designed our new office in 2017, our goal was to create an open, collaborative space for us to refine ideas and build community among staff and within our industry. We were proud to bring our people together in a space that supports the way we work: side-by-side and hands-on. However, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our office’s assets have become a potential risk factor for spreading viruses and microbes.

In every sector, businesses like ours are evaluating how to improve their workplace environments for health and safety, adding these imperatives to concerns for wellness, productivity, team-building, and more. Knowing how to modify your workplace in these uncertain times is a challenge we understand as we’re facing it with our own office. We want to share with you how we’re tackling these issues at FOX Architects as we make short- and long-term changes to our office environment, policies and procedures, workplace strategy, and technology.

Learn how we adapted our office for health, safety, and well-being in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
